Description
UNIFILL-1000 Laser Tester (Universal Toner Tester)
The UNIFILL-1000 is a unique and hard to find UNIVERSAL toner tester! This is the most
affordable and accurate way to test all your laser cartridges BEFORE and AFTER
you remanufacture them to ensure that you change only parts that need replacing,
and to test the final toner cartridge quality WITHOUT the need of a laser printer!
Consider the cost of blindly changing all toner parts (drum, wiper blade, doctor
blade etc), when some of the OEM parts may still be in good working condition
and you may not need to change them. Instead of relying on a "visual"
inspection which leaves room for many errors, you could use the UNIFILL-1000
to accurately test each and every component of the toner cartridge to determine
which parts need replacing and which can be reused..
Consider also the costs of having to buy mutliple laser printers in order to
test your final product, or consider the cost of losing customers due to not
having adequately tested the quality of your remanufactured toner cartridge.
Now consider having the UNIFILL-1000 that will accurately help you determine
the specific parts that need replacing, and also allow you to test multiple
different toner cartridges to ensure that your end-product is in perfect working
condition. The UNIFILL-1000 is an extraordinary and easy-to-use device that
consists of a sophisticated control module which is thoroughly micro-processed,
a universal support stand to anchor any laser cartridge, cylinder drivers and
electrical connection cables. This package is everything you will need to check
almost all HP, Canon, Lexmark, Xerox and other popular laser toner cartridges.
Instructions are included, with a little time and practice you could be remanufacturing
toner cartridges like a professional.
TEST # |
What is being tested |
Observations |
1 |
|
- If the ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS are OK, the test will result in a black
stripe
- After the machine cleans the stripe, any remaining black spots means
that the OPC DRUM is defective
|
2 , 3 and 4 |
The charging system:
|
The charging system is subjected to 3 different grayscale printing
conditions; 10% grayscale (test #2), 25% grayscale (test #3) and 100%
grayscale (test #4).
A successful test for the MAG ROLLER and the DOCTOR BLADE will produce
uniform powder distributions on the OPC DRUM. If there are any visible
spots on the OPC DRUM, then the MAG ROLLER and DOCTOR BLADE should be
changed. |
CLEAN |
The WIPER BLADE |
After test #4 above, the OPC DRUM will have a thick layer of toner. By
pressing the CLEAN button, a good wiper blade will completely clean the
OPC DRUM in just one revolution |
5 and 6 |
PCR |
Test #5 will produce a clean stripe on the OPC DRUM if the PCR is good.
If Test #5 results in spots or marks, then run Test #6 (a confirmatory
test for Test #5).
