Body: This was the only place I could find compatible ink cartridges
for my Canon Pixma iP5300 printer. They were about 1/3 the price of
the Canon cartridges. They were easy to order, shipment and delivery
was quick, and the price was good. Shipment seemed a bit high, and I
combined two orders but the separate shipment costs were not consolidated.
Unfortunately, I have not used any of the new cartridges yet, so I cannot
evaluate how well they will work.

Body: Our USPS shipment was damaged in route, therefore delaying the
shipment to us. However, when I called Rubi at the help line number
- they got out a priority replacement order for us that same afternoon.
Once I got the toner for our color laser printer (Samsung CLP-500) the
instructions were very clear and simple to understand - and I got the
refills done in just about an hour, for -all- 4 cartridges (CMYK). The
print quality is just as good as the originals, and the cost was 1/2
of what new cartridges would have cost us ($180 vice $360, or more.)
Will I order again from them? You betcha! Hey Rubi... got any refills
for a HP 96A Cartridge? =)

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service and
prompt action provided by ink refills. I ordered a chip resetter
to find that it had bad batteries. I replaced the batteries to find
that the unit didn’t work. I then e-mailed ink refills hoping for
a replacement. They not only sent me another unit, but they also
took care of the shipping and handling charges. I was a bit skeptical
with regard to the resetter, but it really does work (I have an
epson stylus C62) and ink refills seems to have an excellent customer
service department. I would certainly order from them again. A pleased

Everything went almost exactly as expected. We got the
product on time and the refilled cartridge seems to work just fine.
The only glitch was that, on the final order page, it was pointed
out that a tool was required to cut a hole. This tool was $6.99
and, for the Samsung cartridge was unnecessary since our cartridge
could be opened by removing 5 screws. I can probably use the tool
in other areas but ink-refills-r-us should indicate the tool is
unnecessary in cases where the cartridge can be opened more directly
(my interpretation of the requirement was that the toner container
needed the tool). |

Your refill kit for my CANON S750 was really good as
far as the ink and filling method. My only complaint is that the
little plugs for sealing the cartridge again were too small to seal
the hole. They just dropped into the hole, so I had to to use tape
over the plug to get a good seal. |

I received my first order and there was a problem with
it. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement-which I
did not receive. They then sent another replacement which was received
today. CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS WHAT EHY ARE ALL ABOUT. I will oder
all of my ink refills from them and will tell all of my computer
